A true account of Special Forces teams aligned with Northern Alliance allies against the Taliban in the fall of 2001. Just weeks after the 9/11 attack, selected detachments of the 5th Special Forces Group were infiltrated into Afghanistan to join forces with the Northern Alliance and fight the Taliban. Some of the teams soon discovered that the fight would be on horseback.

Many of my friends have read this book and all have raved about it. I just got it for Christmas and will be reading it soon. Should have it done in a couple weeks. I will let you know what I think about it.
